Dennis made the clarification during his live appearance on
the Sunday episode of The Buzz. Rumors about their reconciliation began
online after blogs noted Jennylyn’sInstagram activity of late which showed
her constant liking of Dennis’ posts.
Then there’s also the singer-actress’ recent post of a
lyrics of the song After All while tagging Dennis, which many speculated
pertains to their love story.
According to Dennis, he was very well aware that Jennylyn
would be posting the lyrics of the said song.
“Aware kasi sinabi niya sa aking eh ‘Okay lang ba ipo-post
koi to tapos ita-tag kita?’ Kasi siyempre meron kaming kanta doon sa album
niya. Para ma-promote nalang,” he explained.
What’s more is that Dennis somehow has an idea that the said
post might raise speculations about the status of their relationship. However,
he denied that it was the song that could best describe their relationship as
of the moment, “Hindi naman. Natuwa lang kami sa kanta kasi medyo bagay siya.”
Despite being in a tiptop shape, Dennis is keen on staying
single for now so that he can focus with his son Calix with whom he spends time
with every weekend.
But the most important characteristic that he’s looking for
according to Dennis is that, “Siyempre kailangan malawak rin ang pag-iisip kasi
siyempre dito sa trabaho natin ang daming pagseselosan. So dapat maintindihan
niya.”
Dennis, along with Richard Gomez, Alex Medina, Sunshine
Garcia, LJ Reyes, Ynez Veneracion and Nicco Manalo are starring in the
award-winning indie film The Janitor by director Michael Tuviera
which will hit the theaters on October 8.
